What to include for support
- The email address on your Dispatch account
- The load it's about (the route, like "Atlanta to Charlotte," or the load reference)
- Roughly when it happened (date and time, with your time zone)
- What you expected and what you saw instead (a screenshot helps)
- For a call problem: the broker's company name and whether the call connected
Billing
You can change plans or cancel anytime from Billing in the app. Email us if something there doesn't look right. Your subscription is sold through Link, an affiliate of Stripe, so your card statement shows LINK.COM\* SLEEPYSQUID, and your receipts come from Link. You can also manage or cancel your subscription from the Link receipt email.

Got a call from our AI?
Dispatch's AI calls brokers about loads they've posted, on behalf of the trucking company or dispatcher named at the start of the call.
- To stop AI calls to your number: tell the AI on any call ("don't call me again"), or email support@sleepysquid.com with the phone number. A request on a call is added to our do-not-call list right away. An email request is added within 10 business days. After that, no Dispatch customer's AI will call the number.
- To get a copy of a call recording, or have it deleted: email us with the phone number that was called and the approximate date and time. [PENDING: true once Retell's 90-day retention is set and published and the declined-call purge is live. Don't publish this sentence before then.] Recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically 90 days after the call.
- To reach the company the AI called for: use the callback number the AI gave on the call.
